Each workout is YOUR workout. Every time you step into the gym, you will know exactly what to do, and exactly how to do it. No more guesswork, no more missed steps. Just personalized programming designed to lead you down a straight path.

NUTRITION GUIDANCE

Each meal is YOUR meal. Instead of handing you a sample diet to follow, I will educate you on how to make food choices, how to prepare food the right way, and how to deal in those emergency situations where life gets in the way of your diet. Why have the body of your dreams if you have to shy away from parties, dates, holidays or any other events?

Virtual Training

ONLINE COACHING

Each month, you’ll be given a training program based on our assessment and the previous month's progress. Your plan includes a monthly zoom check-in, weekly and daily email support, video demonstrations and a nutrition plan that fits your lifestyle. The best part? We actually have fun.

NUTRITION GUIDE & STRENGTH TRAINING GUIDE

In these guides, we’re going to focus on the basics. We’re going to focus on the science, and we’re going to try and implement some structure to your daily routine. There will be no rigid protocols or diets in either guide.

 

In the nutrition guide we’re going to go over nutrition as a whole, eating for our goals,  how to count calories, how to eat without counting calories, some of the more popular diets, how to decide which diet is best for you, and more.

In the Strength Training guide we're going to cover the basics of strength training, a mobility routine, working out at home, how to structure exercise into your daily routine, and more.
