WHAT DO YOU DO?

My goal is to help every person struggling with their health find a plan and set them on a path to a healthier lifestyle. So I will provide a workout program for all of my clients along with nutritional help. 

WHAT WILL I GET OUT OF IT?

As a client (depending on the tier you choose to get), you will get feedback from me, weekly progress pictures/check-ins via email, along with a monthly FaceTime/Skype session to discuss what we can improve upon or what you, as a client, need from me. I also provide handouts with nutritional information and ideas.

WHAT DO YOU CHARGE?

Pricing varies depending on the type of service package you're interested in. I have some free resources available to anyone interested in getting a taste of my work. Full program pricing details can be found on the Services page.

SOCIAL MEDIA

The only thing that I ask of as a client, is that you say you're a client. This includes tagging me in posts, and if you post the workouts anywhere, please give credit where it's due. Working hard to help others is so important to me, and growing my business is the key to making that happen!
