What equipment do I need?

For our training program, I will craft a new program tailored specifically to your unique lifestyle and equipment accessibility. Whether you prefer working out at a gym, from the comfort of your home, or wherever you find yourself, the program will be designed to suit your needs. This flexibility ensures that your fitness journey aligns perfectly with your daily life, making it easy to stay on track and achieve your goals.

How many days of workouts are included in the program?

The number of workout days included in the program depends on your preferences and lifestyle. I'll customize the program to suit your needs, so you can expect a workout plan that spans anywhere from 2 to 5 days a week. Rest assured, you'll achieve results regardless of the frequency, thanks to the program's adaptability.

How much does the Challenge cost?
How often will my workouts be updated?

You'll receive your initial 3 weeks of programming right away, and then the next 3 weeks will be provided following our Zoom check-in. What's even better is that we can adjust your program on the fly whenever needed. You'll have direct access to text me, and during our weekly email check-ins, we can make real-time adjustments to keep you on the path to success. Your program remains flexible and responsive to your evolving needs and goals.

Is this program customized?

Absolutely, yes! Your program is fully customized to fit your unique lifestyle, limitations, history, and more. We take all these factors into account to ensure that your fitness journey is tailored specifically to you.

The cost of the Challenge is $497, which is over four times more affordable than the equivalent duration of personal training, which typically exceeds $2,000. Our program offers incredible value for your investment in your health and fitness journey.

When will I get my program?

After our complimentary call, your program will be tailored specifically to your needs. I'll get to work on it right away based on our discussion and the information you provide in the initial questionnaire. In just a matter of days, you'll be ready to kickstart your personalized fitness program.

Is there a nutrition component to this program?

Yes, there is indeed a nutrition component to the program. It's important to note that I'm not a registered dietitian or nutritionist, I do not provide detailed meal plans.
