How will my progress be tracked?

We'll utilize various markers such as weight, measurements, mobility, stress levels, sleep quality, and energy levels. Additionally, we believe in collaboration, so we'll work together to establish personalized markers that resonate with your individual goals and aspirations. By incorporating these diverse metrics, we aim to not only monitor physical changes but also celebrate non-scale victories and improvements in overall well-being.

Do I need to have prior fitness experience?

You do not need any prior fitness experience to start. My training is designed to be inclusive and adaptable to all fitness levels, from beginners to seasoned enthusiasts. I believe in meeting you where you are and helping you progress at your own pace.

What Kind of Results Can I Expect?

Despite being remote, you'll receive personalized support and guidance similar to in-person training, ensuring an effective and adaptable workout experience.

Can it be adjusted if I have a health concern?

What Happens if I Have Questions?
