Is my program customized?
Absolutely. Every program is built around you, your goals, experience, schedule, and whether you're training at home or in the gym.
As life changes, your program can too. If something isn't working or your goals shift, just let me know and we'll adjust it. The goal is to create something that's challenging, sustainable, and actually fits your life.
How will my progress be tracked?
Progress is about a lot more than the number on the scale.
Depending on your goals, we'll track things like strength, performance, body measurements, weight, energy, sleep, stress, and how you're feeling overall. We'll also decide together what success looks like for you, so we're measuring the things that actually matter—not just chasing numbers.
Do I need to have prior fitness experience?
Not at all.
Whether you're walking into a gym for the first time or training for your next marathon, I'll meet you where you are. Every workout is designed around your current fitness level, and we'll build from there.

What qualifications do you have?
I'm a certified personal trainer, but my biggest qualification is that I've lived it.
I've lost over 120 pounds, run multiple 100-mile races, coached people from complete beginners to experienced athletes, and spent more than a decade helping people build healthier, more sustainable lives.
I know what it's like to struggle, start over, and keep showing up—and that's the perspective I bring to every client I work with.
How Does Online Compare to In-Person?
Honestly, it's a lot more similar than most people think.
You'll still get a personalized training plan, regular check-ins, feedback, accountability, and support throughout the week. The biggest difference is that instead of meeting in the gym, coaching happens around your life.
You can train wherever works best for you, while still having someone in your corner to answer questions, make adjustments, and help keep you moving forward.
