Why I do this.
A little over a decade ago, I weighed more than 320 pounds and had no idea what I was doing.
I wasn't looking to become an ultrarunner or a coach. I was just trying to build a life that felt a little healthier than the one I had.
One workout turned into another. Then another.
Somewhere along the way, I realized fitness wasn't changing my life because of what it did to my body...it was changing my life because it taught me I could trust myself again.
Now I get to help other people do the same.
