I started this group because I found myself frustrated with companies selling BS supplements and products to vulnerable people who are just looking to improve their health. My only goal here is to provide something real. Something of value.
I offer digital, monthly training programs that are scalable for both those who have never picked up a dumbbell before, and those who know the gym like the back of their hand.
The most important part? The community. Once you join, you'll be greeted by some of the kindest, most supportive people you'll ever meet.
Oh, and you can pay whatever you'd like. Too many people have been financially affected during the pandemic, and I don't think money should be the reason someone can't aim to improve their health.

HOW IT WORKS
Your training program is updated monthly, and sent right to your inbox. Along with the month's program you will find notes of encouragement, mental health tips, and whatever else the community wants to talk about.
Get support, share encouragement, ask questions, and find community in my members-only Facebook group. Every Sunday, I go live in the group. You can ask questions and get feedback from myself and your peers as we chat, laugh, and discuss anything the group has on their minds.
If you have experience in the gym and you're just looking for some structure that varies month to month, here you go. If you’re a beginner, the program can scale to match your abilities.
The program is structured as 3 full-body workouts per week, with an optional 4th day. From the dynamic warm up to the cool down, you'll have everything you need.
TRAIN WITH CODY
Pay what you can. (Really.) If you're like me and it helps to have a reference of what to pay, similar programs go for around $20/month. But seriously, there's no pressure to pay that amount. Millions have been financially impacted over the last year, and I don't want money to be the reason somebody is unable to pursue better health. You'll get the same program, no matter what you pay.

What equipment do I need?
For the gym version, I recommend access to a commercial gym or well-equipped home gym. In order to make full use of the program, I suggest having a variety of dumbbells, a barbell, plates, adjustable bench, continuous loop resistance bands, mini-bands or glute band, and a pull-up bar. For the home version, I recommend a lighter and heavier pair of dumbbells, and mini-bands or a glute band. If you don't have dumbbells for the home workouts, you can use makeshift weights such as a loaded backpack or duffel bag.
When are new programs released?
New programs are released on the last business day of the prior month.
When will I get my program?
You'll get your program immediately upon purchase. Your billing cycle will start from the date that you paid, but programs will always come out on the last business day of the prior month.
How will I get my program?
Your program will be automatically delivered to you in your email inbox. Please look for an email that says "Your Train With Cody program" in the subject line. The link to download your program is there. You can also login to your account and download it from there.
Is this program customized?
No, this is not a custom program. You'll be working alongside other members in the group! If you'd like one, I do offer private coaching.
Is there a nutrition component to this program?
While I may include tips in the monthly email, there is not an official nutrition program. Again, I do offer private coaching where we can work together on your nutrition. I also offer a free nutrition guide on my website that should help.
Can I substitution for an exercise because I don't have the proper equipment, or I can’t perform that exercise?
Of course! Head on over to our exclusive Facebook group (linked in your program) and we'll be happy to help you! Just post your comment/suggestion and I’d be happy to provide a solution.
Can I do Train with Cody if I work out at home?
Absolutely! Your membership comes with both the gym version and the parallel home version of the workouts.
How many days of workouts are included in the program?
Train with Cody includes 3 full body primary strength training workouts per week with an optional 4th day. These workouts are updated every month.
What is the workout split?
All 3 days are full body routines that should last around 1 hour. Day 4 is optional full body (approx. 30-40 minutes). Days 1, 2, and 3 are the most important; day 4 is considered a supplementary session.
Can I really pay whatever I want for the program?
Yep! Too many people have been financially impacted by the pandemic, and I don’t want money to be the reason somebody can’t find the support they need to improve their health. I also think it’s fair to pay what you think the service is worth. There is no pressure!
I need to cancel my subscription. What do I do?
Please log in to your profile in our store using the email and password you signed up with originally and click on "My Subscriptions" from the Members Menu. Click the dropdown arrow next to your subscription and select "Cancel Subscription". While you can email us if you have technical issues, canceling is possible on your end by following the above directions.
My situation has changed, and I’d like to adjust how much I pay monthly. What do I do?
No problem! The easiest way to go about it would be to cancel your current subscription and sign up for a new one for the price you'd like.
Can I get a refund?
There are no refunds on digital items.
I missed a month because I was injured or chose not to lift. What do I do?
That's okay! The programs will be saved in the group, so you'll have them for your records. While it's encouraged to workout with the group, you can perform whichever workouts you want
I need to pause my membership for a month. Can I? Can I cancel it at any time?
Your membership can be managed by signing into our store and clicking on "My Subscriptions on the Members Menu". While you cannot pause your membership, you can cancel it at any time.
