The truth about fat loss is that it sucks. There’s no way around it. It’s not easy. It’s not fun. It’s not glamorous.
Yes, there are ways to make it less suck-y and more sustainable, and if you do it the right way, you don’t have to starve yourself or restrict yourself of foods you enjoy *ahem, flexible dieting*. But at the end of the day, it’s not easy.
I’m a firm believer that the mental side of fat loss is the hardest part. You’re not going to lose the weight as fast as you’d like. You’re going to get pissed. You’re going to feel like it’s not working. You’re going to feel like you fucked up. You’re going to want to give up. You’re going to miss out on social events. You’re going to struggle finding that balance between enjoying your life and being strict enough to make progress.
But that’s what makes it all worth it. These struggles are 100% normal. Take it from somebody who’s lost 110 pounds. You’re going to work your ass off for this and you’re going to feel a sense of accomplishment that you’ve never felt before.
Because I swear to you..as long as you never give up..you WILL succeed. You CANNOT beat a person who never gives up. It’s impossible. You will win. So don’t quit. Double down. Get back up. Keep on fighting.
